Ege Derin Utkular
Ege is a cum laude graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law (2017). He successfully finished his legal training in Güner Law Office in Istanbul and was admitted to Istanbul Bar in 2018.
After graduating from Istanbul University, he was awarded a prestigious scholarship under the European Union-funded Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme. Within this framework, he pursued his LL.M. in Commercial and Company Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Erasmus School of Law. Ege successfully completed his master’s degree with distinction by submitting his thesis entitled "The Distinction between Liquidated Damages and Penalty Clauses under English and Turkish Law with the Specific Focus on Freedom of Contract and Debtor Protection"
Ege is currently pursuing a second LL.M. degree in Civil Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
In addition to being a lawyer, Ege is a nationally accredited mediator and sworn translator. Ege is fluent in English.
His practice primarily focuses on commercial and corporate law, as well as real estate and urban transformation law. In this context, he provides legal advisory services to both domestic and international clients.

Görkem Berkay Günen
Görkem graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017. During his undergraduate studies, he expanded his international legal vision by participating in the Erasmus Exchange Program at the University of Vienna Faculty of Law between 2014 and 2015.
After successfully completing his legal internship at a top-tier law firm in Turkey, he was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in November 2018.
